Presentations: our CEO, Rachel Briggs OBE is called upon by security leaders to brief their teams on latest trends and best practices in security leadership and management. We can tailor a presentation to your exact needs, drawing on our extensive proprietary data from surveys and interviews with CSOs, CISOs and C-Suite members. Rachel can deliver a presentation in-person or remotely, whether to your leadership team meeting, global team meeting, or for a professional development engagement.

Holistic Security Maturity Assessment: The Clarity Factory Holistic Security Maturity Model provides a framework for security leaders to assess the maturity of the partnership between physical and cyber security. It is organisational model agnostic, so can be implemented regardless of where physical and cyber security sit on the org chart. We run either a self-assessment workshop for clients where we assess maturity and identify challenges and opportunities to strengthen the partnership, or we conduct an independent assessment for clients seeking an objective view on maturity. Effective storytelling is an essential skill for security leaders, helping them to influence across the business, create buy-in and trust for the function, lead more effective change initiatives within their function, and lead and manage their teams more effectively.

Our Storytelling for Security Professionals workshop equips participants with the know-how to be an effective storyteller for impact, influence and trust.

Participants work through the science of storytelling, we demonstrate a simple structure for influential storytelling, participants use the storytelling tool to build their own story individually or as part of a group, and we share our stories to learn more about what works and why.

Our Storytelling for Security Professionals workshop can be delivered for small groups, security leadership teams or global security team meetings. The half-day workshop starts from £5,000.

Collaborate research projects: We bring together small groups of CSOs from multinational corporations to sponsor major research projects on hot topic issues for the security community. The CSOs form an Advisory Council to offer advice and guidance throughout the process, ensuring the results are actionable for security leaders.
