Our Storytelling for Security Professionals virtual workshop will equip you with the know-how to be an effective storyteller for
impact, influence and trust. You will work through four components during the half-day session:

    • The science of storytelling: you will explore the science of neurochemistry and psychology to understand why and how storytelling
      works.
    • The building blocks of storytelling: you will learn a simple, repeatable structure for influential storytelling by looking at the stories that
powerful political and business leaders use to project their mission,
      values and capabilities.
    • Building stories: using our storytelling tool, you will work to build a personal story to use in a work setting.
    • Telling stories: we will share our stories in small breakout groups to learn more about what works and why, and how we can use these stories for
practical impact and influence in your work environment.

The virtual workshop is strictly limited to a maximum of 16 places, priced at $650 per person.

The workshop is open to security professionals working in-house within corporate security teams and is held under the Chatham House Rule. You will need to register using your work email address.

Participants will be asked to do some short preparatory work ahead of the workshop and will receive a Storytelling for Security Professionals Workbook after the session.

The workshop is delivered in partnership with HumanStory
